Cops drive 500 miles to kill a little girl's pet
Going the extra mile
Ahh yes, escalating this to a police issue will sure do wonders for managing your PR on social media. For fucks sake you’d think by now people would understand the Streisand effect.Making an exception for you will only teach [our] youth that they do not have to abide by the rules,” Silva wrote back to Long in an email reviewed by The Times dated June 28, 2022. “Also, in this era of social media this has been a negative experience for the fairgrounds as this has been all over Facebook and Instagram.

Yusef Salaam, one of the five men exonerated in the Central Park Five case, has taken out a full-page ad in the New York Times against former President Donald Trump, more than 30 years after Trump called for the teens’ execution in a series of ads.
Leading with a bold headline, “Bring back justice & fairness. Build a brighter future for Harlem!,” Salaam, who is running to represent central Harlem on the New York City Council, tweeted his response Tuesday evening to Trump’s historic indictment on 34 counts and arraignment.
“After several decades and an unfortunate and disastrous presidency, we all know who exactly Donald J. Trump is — a man who seeks to deny justice and fairness for others, while claiming only innocence for himself.”

New Florida restrictions on drones manufactured by a “foreign country of concern” set to take effect this week have left local police, firefighters, and even mosquito control teams scrambling to maintain normal operations and ensure basic safety.
A Ron DeSantis-backed ban technically applies to drones manufactured in more than half a dozen countries, but its most clear target is dominant Chinese drone-making giant DJI, whose products are widely used amongst government agencies. Local officials and law enforcement opposed to the ban worry the sudden departure from trusted DJI drones to inferior US-made alternatives—some of which spontaneously combust—could unnecessarily put workers’ safety in jeopardy to score some cheap, tough-on-China political points.

Lindsey's tears
Lindsey's tears, sounds like a song title.
Lindsey Graham has never cried for a single child that had been murdered in a classroom.
