Ganymede Prime would be a starting point. The library at Ganymede Alternate is also good. Dock at the upper landing bay unless you enjoy Krishnas.

Perhaps the moons are artificial entities or a controlled mass at a strategic location to receive the right amount of starlight.

Lot's of real estate for a buoy. You would think they would set up at least one live cam and some condos.

I saw a doc on the sounds generated by some of the planets and their moons. Strange stuff.

Maybe one has to hop around the galaxy- because NOT one planetary/solar frequency reach all stars at once.

Some of the space buoys are relays. But natural sounds are of a different importance than communications and navigation.
