BACKGROUND: The people or persons who leaked the footage alleges to have
done so ANONYMOUSLY as a precaution to ensure their safety. The ALIEN
seen in the FIRST video is clearly humanoid and is said to originate
from the nearby ZETA RETICULI star system at 38.42 light-years away.

Crystal Rectangle runs at fixed frequencies?
According to those DIA TS/Code Word documents on pages 164 to 167, Exempt from Disclosure (EfD), the CR senses the power requirements of the load. Then it adjust its voltage/amperes & frequency to match the requirements of the load, the CR doesn't operate at any fixed values.
It only operates when there is a load placed on it. According to the latest document dated April 2001 the CR was way beyond our ability to understand it.
"G. When an energy demand is placed on the CR, it creates a signal, that
can be measured at 23.450 MHZ. However, when increased demand is placed
on the CR the frequency is modulated from 23.450 MHZ to 46.900 MHZ or
double the original frequency. However, when the demand is reduced, the
frequency drops to 1.25 KHZ, which is a constant frequency when no
demand is placed on the CR. Regardless of what power demand is placed
on the CR, the frequency NEVER raises to more than 46.900 MHZ!"
The Hydrogen isotope H5? The process described by that Anon source has very little to do with the process detailed on pages 169 thru 70 of the EfD. In fact, the Anon H5 production process has a lot of unsound physics and chemical descriptions, in other words it won't get you H5.
Weight of 728 grams? That's 25.68 ounces. Not really, the CR is 41.4 ounces.
The Anon description of the CR is your typical counter-intelligence true/false scenario, in this case mostly false.
Also, a lot of people could get in real trouble over those DIA/Code word documents and who leaked them. The FBI would really be interested. The FBI has already been to see Kit Green and asked to keep tabs on me from 2005.
