She did, so I did. But have to wonder what they would mix in to stay competitive.

I manage to stop smoking last July or August. Vape might be OK, I don't know but cigs are bad. I have better breathing now.

When running for a short time makes you think you might die is a pretty good signal of negative effects.

My body adapted to running 6 miles after 5-6 cigs. That can't be good either.
