I know about the placebo effect, which is what these healers really triggers. If people believe that a faith healer can cure/help them, then it probably WILL help them. It's really no different than placebo medicin, which has an astonishing effect on a lot of people. I once read about a study where a group of people who had just been given sugarpills for a period of time, actually suffered from physical withdrawels symptoms after the "medication" was stopped...IndicusMaximus wrote:
